Who we are

This website is run by Architect Sugeeth, a sole proprietorship of Ar. Sugeeth Mudhole, based in Hubballi–Dharwad, Karnataka, India. You can reach the studio at studio@architectsugeeth.space.

Using this site

The content is for general information. Images marked as concepts or visualisations show designs in progress or explorations; they are not photographs of built buildings. Images made with the Sketch to visual tool are AI visualisations based on the view you upload; they are not drawings, approvals or professional advice. Cost figures from the estimate tool are indicative only and are not a quotation.

Courses

Course fees, format and enrolment are described on the Courses page and in Pricing. An enrolment is confirmed only when the studio confirms it in writing and, where payment applies, when payment has been received. Course material is for your own learning and may not be resold or shared publicly without permission. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation and refund policy.

Design and visualisation services

Architecture, interiors, BIM, Vastu and visualisation services are provided under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Nothing on this site is an offer of services on fixed terms.

Intellectual property

Drawings, images, text and sketches on this site belong to Architect Sugeeth unless stated otherwise. Please ask before reusing them.

Liability

The studio takes care to keep the site accurate but does not guarantee it is complete or error-free, and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of general information here. The studio assistant on this site is an AI tool that can make mistakes and does not give professional advice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dharwad, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
